Zumba is a unique blend of dance and exercise designed to put the fun back into fitness. No dance experience is required. Zumba takes exciting Latin dance moves and turns them into simple and easy to follow dance steps. Zumba 101Combine this with music inspired by the Salsa, Samba, Merengue, and Reggaeton, and it’s all out fun! **

New to Dance or Group Fitness? Zumba 101 is the class for you! This low impact class gives you a full body workout with spicy latin rhythms! Salsa, Merengue and Cha Cha your way through a 45 minute cardio routine... Ditch the workout and Join the Party! No previous dance experience necessary! **

Stott Pilates
Stott Pilates exercise improves core strength and balances the muscles around the joints, improving the way your body functions, looks, and feels. All levels offered – Beginner, Intermediate, .etc. First class by appointment only.
